I tried cooking these sausage-stuffed potato things today. Even though the preparation process was terrible (two and a half hours! for three potatoes!), they ended up pretty tasty and I was more than satisfied. Unfortunately, they weren't very photogenic. For lack of a better photo of them, this is what they looked like before I broiled them and that nasty-looking pink sauce turned all golden and delicious:
